Master Planning answers the questions, "What is this all about?" and
"Why do we want to do it?" It is difficult to achieve success without
knowing where you are going. We see this as a crucial step in the process
and have extensive experience in developing realistic plans for our clients.
The planning stage is crucial for project development and also assists
in fund-raising. Our work often includes the creation of fund-raising
drawings and media presentations. [close]
To keep a project on track, we produce detailed schedules with checkpoints, approval dates, and deadlines. We continually review and update these schedules, working with our clients to allocate the time needed to produce thoughtful and exciting solutions while not spending unnecessary time in the process. There are always challenges in developing creative projects. One way of keeping potential difficulties to a minimum is to carefully plan the necessary steps within each phase. Our contract will spell out a detailed scope, schedule, and deliverables. Our project management will assure that all items are done in a timely and professional manner. Each principal at teller|madsen has an active role in the proper management of our projects. Please check our references for a clear indication of the success of our process as well as the final product. [close]
With all the changes in the field since teller|madsen and its predecessors were created, the heart of the business remains exhibit design. We do not apply a signature style to exhibits. Our best talents are to know how to combine all of the client's resources with the most appropriate presentation media and create exhibits where the messages and meaning are strong and style elements are used only as a means of strengthening communication. We are best at thematically organized exhibits - as opposed to strictly chronological or artifact-based presentations. As such the organization of the exhibit spaces is crucial to creating the proper pacing, mood and setting. Information in space should be enjoyed. [close]
